WHAT IS JIU JITSU, AND
WHY SHOULD YOU TRAIN?
Jiu Jitsu is a submission grappling discipline that uses joint locks and chokes to control and submit an opponent. Through technique, leverage, and using the power of physics, someone smaller that has jiu jitsu knowledge can overcome an opponent that has size, strength, or athletic advantages.

In addition to self protection, jiu jitsu is a phenomenal way to lose weight, gain strength, improve cardiovascular health, meet new friends, and challenge your body + mind.
Adults and kids alike will gain confidence, learn to think on their feet, and navigate stressful situations while staying calm. The benefits of training Jiu Jitsu go far beyond traditional sports.
